Andy, Jen, Stephan, Tavis & Emma are a disaster dream team from heaven. I've never seen a group of people work so hard and so fast with such amazing results. Drew responded immediately and we could not have been more pleased with the communication, manners and work ethic of these very fine folks. Highly, highly recommend!!!

I own Grog's Games, which is a specialty game store in Topeka. I suffered a catastrophic fire at my retail space in June 2019, with it being a total loss, with the exception of four art prints and all of my tables. I had four custom built 8'x44" oak tables which were only two weeks old; the tables cost $4,100 each. There were large doubts whether they would be salvageable. Shawna was the technician that was assigned to fire. I spoke with her the day after the fire and we both looked them over. She told me that it looked worse than it was and that she would do her best. Wow, did she! My tables cleaned up perfectly, with no soot, water stains or discolorations. The only issue was a couple small cracks in one of the tables, which were caused by the heat and there was nothing that SERVPRO (or anybody else) could do about them. Shawna, Jay and SERVPRO of West Topeka were fantastic. Because of them, I am in the process of getting reopened in a different location much sooner than expected. I HIGHLY recommend SERVPRO of West Topeka for your fire recovery/cleanup whether it be commercial or residential.

We have a BBQ restaurant in Atchison Kansas. We had a flooded basement of sewage from the city trying to flush the city line!! SERVPRO was contacted & showed up as they said they would! It took them a couple days & they did a great job!

 On behalf of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Northeast Kansas, a 501(c)(3) organization, we would like to thank you for your generous donation of emergency service during busines hours, 2 bio remediation techs for 2.5 each, 1 bio supervisor for 1 hour, cleaning and disinfecting walls/floors, cutting out small section of Sheetrock, and setting air mover for three days. We really appreciate all of your hard work and the donation of your time. This donation will be used to help support the Ronald McDonald House in Topeka, which helps families stay close by providing a comfortable and conveniently located home for parents and loved ones whose children are receiving medical care at nearby medical facilities.

 We are open 365 days a year at an annual cost of $400,000 to operate the house. Last year, 156 families were helped by the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Northeast Kansas, with more than 1,500 nights of lodging provided at an approximate cost of $75/night.  Families are requested to make a $25 donation for each night's stay; however, no one is turned away for inability to pay. Seventy-five percent of the families served are low- to moderate-income, and less than 25 percent are financially able to provide the requested donation.  

 Established in 1988, Topeka’s Ronald McDonald House offers eight rooms with full baths and a large dining room, double kitchen, comfortable living area, family room, laundry facilities, play yard, and off-street parking. All our rooms are handicap accessible; an elevator connects the three floors of the house.  

 We truly appreciate your support, which is critically important to the continued success of the Ronald McDonald House and will greatly benefit Kansas families during some of the most difficult times of their lives.
