We had SERVPRO of West Topeka out twice in the last few months, and will be recommending them to everyone I know. Drew, Andy, and the rest of the crew are as professional as it gets, and went the extra mile in everything that they did. They initially came out to do a full HEPA clean out of our finished attic after we had a bat infestation. While they were working they discovered some mold around the HVAC system which they also remediated. Then they cleaned the carpets on the second floor as well. We had them come back a few weeks later to clean our ducts. If we need anything else cleaned I will not hesitate to call Drew. If you're reading this review, go ahead and give them a call. They will treat you right.

SERVPRO of West Topeka did an excellent job of customer service from the time I spoke to Andy on the phone, to his fair and reliable estimate of cleaning our basement carpet to Andy, Jennifer & Ginger coming to our home to take care of cleaning our carpet. They were able to get out some old makeup stains, candle wax, and other miscellaneous stains and my carpet looks great!! I would highly recommend their team for any of your service needs that they take care of. I myself will use them again if needed for this and other services in the future. Thanks Again!

We asked SERVPRO to clean the vents and air ducts in our home. The team that came out was very professional and courteous. We were super impressed! They cleaned up after themselves and were super friendly especially with our dogs! I will certainly recommend to friends and family members.

Jay Coverdale and team were so kind and empathic to me during this most difficult time and did a thorough job cleaning my home. I rent an apartment in South Topeka and suffered a sewage back-up loss. Management didn’t want to repair or clean the damages, so I reached out to SERVPRO. They fit me right into their schedule, and did as much cleaning and sanitizing as possible without any alterations to the unit. It smelled so much better and literally sparkled! SERVPRO was the best part of my experience - they were professional and empathic. Because of them, I feel safe in my home again. I recommend them to the highest extent!!! The people that work for this company are standup guys. I haven't had any work done by them personally BUT I know of a few that have and they speak very highly of them. SERVPRO got my basement dried out after the toilet there leaked. They were so nice. Always courteous and friendly and answered questions. They surely are Pros. :) I would recommend them to anyone.

I worked closely with Andy. He explained the process beginning to end and was very accommodating of our special circumstances as we were over 1200 miles from home dealing with our situation. I trust Andy and his crew as they were very thorough and sympathetic. He was also honest from the beginning and knowledgeable of all processes. I had just recently moved to Topeka and found some mold in my bathroom. I called SERVPRO and had them come out and give me an estimate. Tony Hohman was very helpful and gave me an excellent estimate price. Definitely will go to them again!!

My elderly mother's basement was badly flooded while we were on vacation, which developed into mold. They did an "excellent" job of leading a team of seven workers, who quickly and efficiently packed and removed "numerous" boxes of treasured misc. items collected over a lifetime and transported them to storage. They then promptly halted all mold growth, removed all carpeting, and treated all paneling. Throughout the process, they were very kind and reassuring to my mother (all of us) and went "out of their way" to assist. I would use them again and highly recommend them!

Our home developed mold after an issue with a leaking toilet. Tony with SERVPRO, and his team, checked our home, evaluated the damage and got rid of the mold. They made several possible recommendations for our consideration. Our home smells clean with no more mold cropping up!
