Water damage from failed water heater

SERVPRO of West Topeka knows that when water damage happens, whether it be in your home or commercial property, it is usually unexpected and overwhelming. In this series of before and after photos you will see a hallway located in the basement of a residential property that was affected by a water loss. The water heater in the basement of this residence failed and flooded the entire basement. Unfortunately the homeowners did not discover the damage for several days and we had to remove the flooring, as it was so affected by the water.
