Storm damage in a commercial building

SERVPRO of West Topeka knows that the weather in the Midwest is unpredictable, to say the least. That is why SERVPRO is always prepared in the event of any kind of storm weather. Whether it is snow, ice, rain, or tornadoes. Sometimes it feels like we get all of those within the span of a month! In this before and after series of photos you see a commercial basement that flooded during a rain storm event. Unfortunately the building was empty and the damage was not found for several weeks. It was heavy flood damage as you can see by the staining on the walls.
